How to Add DVD to Plex Media Server on Mac (macOS Sierra)

My friends share a wonderful way with me: Backup DVD to Plex. There are many DVD disc which really needs much storage space and is inconvenient to share with friends and watch at anywhere, anytime. Backup DVD to Plex can realize all my need, so cool.
